Refund & Returns

Our promise

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return or an exchange.

What can be returned

• Unused items in original packaging.
• Items with manufacturing defects.
• Items damaged in transit.

What cannot be returned

• Items that have been used, opened or played.
• Items without original packaging.
• Final sale items.

How to start a return

Email hello@offlinegifts.com with your order number and a brief description, within 14 days of delivery. We'll send you a prepaid return label when applicable.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for another item when stock allows. Start a return and place a new order, which is the fastest way to get the thing you wanted.
